Property and Facility Manager for a construction and management firm.
- Facilities Management & Project Management experience essential
- Corporate and retail experience necessary
Facilities Management:
- Overseeing the installations of electrical, plumbing and solar installations
- Facilitated various Tenant queries, in accordance with Lease Agreement
- BO/Handovers, Shop Fitment and Reinstatements
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
- Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Organise logistics, delegate work and keep track of spending
- Site meetings
- Site inspections and measurements
- Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
Occupancy Certification
- Building Plan Approvals
- General Regulations, Assistance and Queries
- Related Administration and Certification
Financial Management
- Skilled in MDA and MRI Programs for POs, Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Assess Municipal Tariffs and Rates, to ensure Property not overcharged
- Management of Costing Schedules and drafting Budgets
Fire and OHS Systems
- Evacuation Drills and Procedures
- Fire Detection Systems
- Sprinkler Pump House and ICV Management
- Smoke Vent and Firewall Installation Management, including Regulations
- Utility Management
- Tariff and Rates Confirmation
- NMD monitoring and Cost Savings
Sub-Station Maintenance
- Annual PFC Maintenance, Transformer Maintenance
- General HT and LT Maintenance
- Minor Generator Services
- Plumbing and Electrical Upgrades/Installations
