Job Overview
The Customer Success manager supports your customers as they move along the sale lifecycle. Their focus is on customer loyalty and building long-term relationships with clients. Staying with them as long as they are clients with the business.

Proactively looking out for the client's business suggesting creative and innovative solutions for their clients to keep succeeding with their products.
Primary Focus
Bridge the gap between sales and customer support. Onboard customers quickly and monitor their satisfaction as they grow. Ensuring customers get fast time to value. Understanding the milestones that would land your client to success using your products/services. To support them without them becoming frustrated and lose interest. Keeping customers engaged and regularly using products Checking in with customers to check if they are utilising services/products. Ensuring the benefits of the products/services are always to top of mind for the customers. Build customer loyalty Works to understand the customers’ needs and build a relationship with pivotal stakeholders to build credibility and trust over time. Keep a high level view of the entire support process. This bird's eye view allows the customer success manager to see various problems that may affect multiple customers and forecast what these trends means in the future, they can see potential problems and turn them in saved rands for the customers and business.

Experience - Proven track record of successful Sales and Account Management
Experience working with customers and external audiences.
Basic Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 Commission: To Be Discussed Medical aid, Provident fund contributions. Cellphone and home internet allowance
