**What will you do?**
- This job is focused on supporting the Head of Santam Real Estate by providing administration and co-ordination support to the business unit. The role is based at Santam offices, Alice Lane, Sandton. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Head of Santam Real Estate with admin duties, co-ordinating administration activities to the entire Real Estate team as we deliver quality service to customers, who could be either internal or external to Santam (including brokers, customers, partners and suppliers).**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Providing the administration support to the business unit including coordination and compiling of various reports and assisting with presentations.
- Supporting the business Head with day to day admin support.
- Assist in directing queries to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drawing of various reports, income statements, growth and profitability track reports.
- Assisting with reporting on Financial and Cost management (accurate budgeting, actuals tracking, forecast projections, monitoring and control of expenses, invoicing, journals, general ledge queries and payments).
- Supporting business unit budget cycle management - headcount, expenses, and revenue.
- Supporting the business unit in driving the strategic and holistic needs of Santam Real Estate
- Assist Head of Santam Real Estate in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, objectives, and scope.
- Assists in maintaining comprehensive documentation, including project plans, task lists, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Keeping and updating records of reviews, compliance, incidents, and approvals as needed including monitoring FAIS records and TCF complaints.
- Create various dashboards and presentations.
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and conference.
- Assists with meeting scheduling, planning, flight bookings
- Qualification and Experience- Matric
- 3 year Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- 3 years’ experience in an office administration environment
- Project co-ordination experience (advantageous)
- Insurance experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge and Skills- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Inter-personal skills
- Co-ordination and planning
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Record keeping
