To ensure that administration of Bursaries and other Youth Development Programmes operate with the guidelines of both the Corporation and Tertiary Institutions and that the procedures and payments are compliant with audit requirements.

**Qualification and Experience** Qualification**
- Matric
- Diploma in Administration or Human Resources
- Certificate or Diploma in Project management would be an added advantage

**Experience**
- Minimum of two years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

**Roles and Responsibilities** RECRUITMENT**

- Compiling reports and submissions to relevant approval structures
- Assisting in the screening process and compilation of report
- Scheduling of interviews with potential bursars and coordinating travel arrangements
- Conducting interviews with applicants

**PAYMENTS AND ADMINISTRATION**
- Payments to Tertiary Institutions, book suppliers and students
- Verification of student information and documentation
- Liaison with study institutions regarding student accounts and results
- Follow up on and administer academic progress of students
- Follow up Maintain day to day telephonic liaison with students
- Follow up and coordinate campus visits
- Coordinate vacation work for students

**RECORD KEEPING AND FILING**
- Data capture and ensure accuracy of student bursary register
- Maintenance of student files ensuring data integrity
- Assist in compilation of bursary reports
- Assist in preparation for audits
