**THIS POSITION INVOLVES SHIFT WORK (24 HOURS ROTATIONAL)**

We are looking for a Bus Centre Control Operator for a well-known luxury passenger bus company. This is a fast paced and demanding role where you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient movement of busses. You will be monitoring schedules, implementing contingency plans, communicating with drivers and bus stations, sending updates to passengers via SMS and ensuring an overall superior customer experience. This role will require strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. You must also be able to interpret and preempt possible delays and act accordingly quickly and accurately.

**Job Requirements**
At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment

Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Must have working knowledge in Excel.

Own Transport - or reliable lift (shift work)
