**Job purpose**:
To supervise technical asset maintenance, inspect and repair Access control and DSTV related equipment, quality assure day to day maintenance and train the maintenance team.

**Key performance areas**:

- Quality assures, the completion of day-to-day maintenance within service standards by monitoring compliance with maintenance processes.
- Track and identify recurring maintenance failures
- Supervise health and safety compliance.
- Supervise health and safety compliance.
- Train maintenance workers.

**Technical Asset Maintenance**:

- Maintain technical assets
- Resolve complex maintenance problems by conducting site visits, diagnosing maintenance issues
- Monitor service provider SLAs

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build supportive relationship with Operational Managers.
- Report maintenance concerns
- Queries resolution.
- Supervise performance of staff daily, weekly, and monthly by setting performance expectations, monitoring work delivery, providing feedback on performance, identifying performance concerns, and implementing corrective action as required
- Develop staff by understanding development needs, supporting staff skills development, mentoring staff and monitoring skills improvement as required

**Qualifications**:

- NQF 4/5 Trade Certification in Electrical or similar is required

**Functional experience**:

- 5 - 7 years technical implementation of trade
- Experience working with fixed assets such as CCTV, Morpho Biometrics and DSTV is required
- 1 years’ service provider management experience is preferred
- Experience working in a property management environment is preferred
