As a Solutions Consultant at Open Box Software, you'll play a key role in the sales process by understanding client needs, crafting proposals with appropriate technology solutions, and ensuring these systems solve business challenges effectively. Your position will involve designing and deploying software solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals, bridging complex business issues with innovative technical solutions.

You should have experience with various technologies, cloud-based tools, and development practices to successfully design and architect suitable solutions for clients. Experience across different roles within the SDLC lifecycle is necessary to understand and support various activities within the client environment and our team. Additionally, you should possess a strong business acumen having extensive experience consulting with business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs.
- Guide the design and architecture of resilient and scalable solutions.
- Provide leadership of our delivery teams.
- Assess tools, technologies, and processes to stay aware of what is feasible, ensuring that appropriate solutions are architected.
- Understand the real estate domain and systems used within real estate.
- Support the complete delivery lifecycle, taking on various roles as required at times to aid teams and ensure excellence in delivery.
- Ensure adherence to security regulations and best practices in software development.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their expertise and skills.

**Required Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience as a Solutions Consultant, or a comparable position within a software development setting.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and practices.
- Experience with various software development frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and SCRUM.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and an understanding of the services they provide.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and proficiency in engaging with customers to determine requirements and suggest solutions.
- Expertise in analyzing complex business problems and crafting efficient solutions.
- Extensive experience in delivering successful projects on schedule that fulfill client requirements.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment and interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
