At Nathan HR Human Resources, we're seeking a skilled ERP Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development efforts, you'll be responsible for showcasing the value of our ERP solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Expertise: Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs and pain points of prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our ERP solutions.
  • Manage Inbound Leads: Qualify leads, guide potential customers through the initial stages of the sales process, and ensure seamless communication throughout.
  • Drive Outbound Sales: Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and identify emerging markets.
  • Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that effectively articulate the value of our ERP solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a key technical advisor and product advocate during the sales process, addressing client concerns and ensuring they understand the benefits of our solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support pre-sales activities and drive sales growth.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from prospective clients and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement of our ERP solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our ERP solutions in the market.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales role within the software or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of success in demonstrating ERP solutions and managing sales calls.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
