**Role Overview**:
As the General Manager of our bistro, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leadership**: Providing strong leadership to our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and setting the standard for excellence in service.
- **Operations Management**: Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service, from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their dining experience, and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Performance**: Managing budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, implementing cost-control measures, and maximizing profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Compliance and Standards**: Upholding all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- **Community Engagement**: Building and nurturing relationships within the local community, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among guests, and actively participating in promotional events and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a European-style bistro or similar establishment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
