**Position**: Tasting Room Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Tasting Room Manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategies to increase wine sales and achieve revenue targets.
Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the tasting room.
Provide expert wine knowledge and guidance to guests, ensuring every visitor has a memorable experience.
Train, mentor, and lead the tasting room staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
Organize and execute wine events, private tastings, and special promotions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality or wine industry management.
Excellent wine knowledge and understanding of food and wine pairing.
Proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Impeccable attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
