- Effectively handle conflict resolution within the team.
- ** Office Operations**:

- Oversee general office operations
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- ** Succession Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive succession plan for the team.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential leadership roles.
- Ensure a smooth transition when team members leave or new members join.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with upper management to align financial goals with overall company objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work culture.
- Provide regular updates on financial performance to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- Flexibility to work half of the hours aligned with the US time zone.
