Our client based in Centurion is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant for 6 months. This position may become permanent.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage and maintain managers' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the manager.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- **Communication**:
- **Organization and Efficiency**:
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
- **Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- A relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Reliable transportation.
