**Job Title: Sales Operations Manager (Cyber Security)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Forecast Management**:

- Lead the development and management of accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and pipeline metrics to generate reliable forecasts.
- Regularly review and refine forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and reliability.

**Sales Discipline and Process Governance**:

- Implement and enforce sales processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and maintain discipline.
- Develop and document sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Insight Generation and Reporting**:

- Generate actionable insights by analysing sales data, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing, partner management, new business and account management teams to build reporting relevant to each, enabling monitoring of performance against KPIs.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, finance, and operations, to drive alignment and support business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration when it comes to business performance data.
- Facilitate the exchange of information and best practices to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

**Sales Technology Management**:

- Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales technology tools, including CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and reporting tools.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales technology tools and systems.

**Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and opportunity velocity.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
- A strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and the nuances within those is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

UK or South Africa (commutable proximity to Maidenhead UK or Johannesburg South Africa preferred but not mandatory).

**Reporting**:
This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
