Accounts Payable Administrator

**The role**
We are seeking an Accounts payable administrator - Finance, reporting to the Accounts payable manager within the Finance Division. Sanne is seeking an experienced accounts payable administrator join the group Finance Team to support the Accounts payable function. The role involves the processing of accounting transactions to ensure the accuracy, integrity and completeness of the accounting records and reporting for the world-wide group.
**Key responsibilities**
The brief description outlined above will involve the following specific duties:
- Supporting the processing and payment of supplier invoices for multiple subsidiaries across the group
- Processing and payment of employee expenses and company credit card reimbursement
- Supplier reconciliations
- Supplier maintenance within accounting systems
- Liaising with stakeholders in dealing with queries
- Ensuring transactions are authorised by relevant budget holders
- Other duties as required
**Skills / experience**
- Commerce degree/diploma with at least Financial accounting 2
- Experience in a busy finance back-office or similar environment, preferably including experience in accounts payable function
- Familiar with Microsoft office products particularly excel and outlook
- Experience with accounts packages (MS Navision desirable) bookkeeping, processing etc
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Organised with attention to detail
