- Minimum Requirements- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification); A valid code B driving license.- RecommendationRelevant working experience in administrative, clerical and supply chain management.
- Key Performance Areas**Render Asset Management clerical support**:Compile and maintain records(e,g asset records/databases); Check and issue furniture, equipment and accessories to components and individuals; Identify redundant, non-serviceaable and obsolete equipment for disposal; Verify asset register. **Render demand and acquisition clerical support**:Update and maintain a supplier (including contractors) database; Register suppliers on Logis or similar system; Request and receive quotations; Capture specifications on the electronic purchasing system; Place orders; Issue and receive bid documents; Provide secretariat of logístical support during the bid consideratiom and contracts conclusion process; Compile draft documents as required. **Render Logistical support services**:Place orders for goods; Receive and verify goods from suppliers; Capture goods in registers databases; Receive request for goods from end users; Issue goods to end users; Maintain goods register and Update and maintain register of suppliers.
- CompetenciesGood understanding of the following: Client orientation and Customer Focus; Planning and Organising; Technical Knowledge; Quality Control; Information Management; Public Administrationa and Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Skills in the following: Computer literacy; Good verbal & written communication; Sound organizational and Good people skills.
- RemunerationR 216 417 per annum (Salary level 5)
