Company Description
**Job Description**:
- Conduct incoming stock quality checks and outgoing stock quality checks on all products.
- Conduct regular stock take on finished products, raw material, finished products, PPE and consumables required by production.
- Coordinate and oversee the pick-up process when clients arrive to collect ordered products.
- Update the collection notebook promptly and accurately to maintain a comprehensive record of all pick-ups.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including but not limited to data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring effective time management and smooth operations.
- Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a professional and courteous manner.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
- Ensure Food Safety compliance by conducting regular checks.
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin or Equivalent

**Key skills required**:
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office products such as MS visio, excel, word and projects.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Time management skills and organizational skills
- Detail orientated.
- Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
