**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a strong and energetic Administrator who can work under pressure and who can provide strong general office administration support to ensure efficient business operations.

This role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors and manage various office duties and various site projects.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Job Duties**:

- Valid South African Driver’s license
- Own reliable transport (Must stay in Pretoria East)
- Must be able to travel to sites on short notice with company vehicle
- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 MUST be willing to work extra overtime hours for emergencies or operational requirements. Will be compensated accordingly
- Computer Proficiency (Excel and Pastel not negotiable or preferred)
- Social marketing (required to load averts on Facebook regarding products)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- _**Proven 6 years’ experience in an Admin/Accounting role**_
- Project managing (Co-ordinate projects and oversee project i.e. Maintenance on properties)
- Monthly Invoicing/ Reconciliation of expenses
- Maintain internal record keeping, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation.
- Manage cash flow, credit control, and debtors' management to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
- Facility management (Company vehicles, fuel cards, Company assets, stationery etc.)
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and agreements.
- Scheduling appointments, flight tickets (travel arrangements), accommodation, meetings, and events.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors.
- Play a key role in ensuring efficient communication, co-ordination, and execution of various administrative tasks to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
- Detail-oriented professional, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Process driven and selfstarter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary 15 000 (No benefits - just basic salary and negotiable depending on experience and skills)
