Our client, a leading organization in the training and education industry, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive growth and sustain their Education and Training Institution. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and expanding the organization's presence in the training and education market, while achieving sales targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new clients in the training and education market, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing tailored solutions to meet their training needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Education and Training Institution to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, particularly in relation to SETA's (Sector Education and Training Authorities), QAP (Quality Assurance Partners), and SDP (Skills Development Providers).
- Conduct extensive travel to engage with clients, deliver presentations, and attend industry events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Matric qualification (Grade 12) is required.
- Trade Test Qualification or Diploma in Sales / Marketing will be highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in the training industry, demonstrating a track record of success in sales.
- Registration as an Assessor and Moderator will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of dealing with SETA's, QAP's, and SDP's, including compliance requirements and funding processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
