Inhouse HR Business Partner

Lead and deliver people related organisation development and change initiatives.
Lead the design and facilitate the implementation of talent management strategies.
Partner with and support Line Manager and other HR stakeholders to identify talent pipeline requirements.
Design and implement employee engagement framework and tools.
Design and implement workforce management tools and labour productivity reporting (FTE’s. absenteeism management, overtime management, etc).
Work with IT, Finance and Operations in the effective delivery of an integrated time and attendance system.
Engage internal and external stakeholders on HR related matters.
Monitor, evaluate and support implementation of the mine HR Operational Plans with the on-mine HR Managers.
Create and implement a Dashboard for HR Operations Metrics.
Serve as an escalation point for employee relations issues and provide support and recommendations, as needed.
Working with the HR Executive, identify and prioritise people related risks and ensure alignment of the HR strategies with key risks.
At Group - coach, develop and consult line managers.
Audit HR Policies, procedures and systems and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment to industry, legislation and HR best practice standards.
Leads the implementation of Group wide HR Projects.
Liaise with functional and operational leads to perform training needs analysis and to define need for new and improved learning solutions.
Model behaviour that is consistent with the Company Purpose, Values and Code of Ethical Conduct.
**A pplicants should meet the following Requirements**:
B Degree Human Resources / Industrial Organisational Psychology.
5 years experience in a solid HR Generalist role, requires detailed knowledge of principles and concepts in own area and sound knowledge of related functions.
Knowledge and understanding of labour legislation and best practice.
Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate and engage across all levels.
Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license.
