**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing an efficient Human Resources administrative service in respect of related policies and procedures
- Providing input and assistance into various monthly HR reports for statistical and management purposes;
- Recruitment and selection administration - compile advertisements & questionnaires response handling, employment contracting
- Accurate record keeping relating to Training & Development, Recruitment, Employment Equity & IR activities
- Providing advisory and operational support to line management
- Providing support to the global HR Management Team
- Creating and maintaining HR files for audit readiness
- Supporting the onboarding process of employees
- Booking meetings and interviews as per request
- Assist in any office administration tasks
- Assist and coordinate internal welfare events.
- Handling duties of front desk including but not limited to answering or referring inquiries and maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications
- Liaising with external contractors, agents and/or partners.
- Assist travel and hotel arrangements for colleagues and guests (booking tickets, changing tickets, proceeding with check-in, finding suitable flights) (upon request).
- Assist and coordinate internal welfare events
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited university
- Exceptional organizational skills
- +3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well mannered
- Uses initiative, is responsible, great team player
- Hard working and positive
- Ability to work autonomously
