- We are looking to recruit a Learning Delivery Manager to work within the training delivery department for Clicks Retail Operations Inland. The role will be based at the Lea Glen Regional Office in Roodepoort, Johannesburg and will report to the Learning and Development Manager based in Cape Town**Job description**

**Job Purpose**
To plan, coordinate and deliver learning and development activities for Clicks and The Body Shop stores to meet current and future organisational needs in line with the HR and business unit operating plan, group learning and development framework and national skills development agenda.**Job Objectives**
- Manage the learning and development activities for store employees, support the workforce acquiring knowledge, skills, and abilities required for effective job performance.
- Coordinate and consolidate learning and development needs in line with operating plans and business objectives.
- Develop and implement an annual learning and development calendar in line with budget and transformation targets to build organisational capability.
- Ensure delivery of learning and development interventions in line with quality standards to achieve learning outcomes and business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate learning and development interventions and delivery to ensure positive business and learner impact as well as continuous improvement.
- Ensure coordination, completion and submission of the WSP/ATR in line with business and SETA requirements and optimise skills development grants.
- Ensure compliance to group policies, quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements. Manage training resources to deliver the operating plan and business needs.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify topics on which training is needed and devise appropriate learning interventions to meet these requirements.
- Develop and manage learning and development budget for the area of responsibility.
- Work closely with the curriculum development team to implement digital training solutions and track learner adoption.
- Ensure effective people management and development in order to build capability to meet current and future business needs and support the delivery of the brand Transformation Roadmap.
- Deliver skills development targets as per learnership registration, completion and absorption targets, skills spend and spend on people with disabilities.

**Job Experience**
- Essential: 7 years’ experience in Learning and Development, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role. Experience in management in a large, multi-site organisation will be advantageous.
- Experienced in Project Management.

**Education**
- Relevant 3-year Degree, preferably in Human Resources/Psychology/Education/Instructional Technology such as Instructional Design or Educational Design.
- Registered Assessor
