Company Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve collaborating with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and the RPO team to identify and fill critical IT roles across multiple industries.

**Job Description**:

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent for our clients
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and experience
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Work with the RPO team to develop and implement recruitment best practices and continually improve the recruitment process
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our recruitment practices remain competitive

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling complex IT roles
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skills requirements
- Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions

- Preference will be given to SA Citizens and/or Foreign nationals based in South Africa
