Key Performance Area:

- Responsible for bulk recruitment for both white and blue collars
- Scheduling interviews
- Typing of and checking of CVs
- General administration
- Record keeping of all temporary and contracting staff
- Placing job adverts on various portals and monitoring the ad response
- Arranging short term temps for clients after hours if required

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric
- National Diploma or equivalent within Human Resources
- Good work ethic
- Self starter
- Target Driven and energetic
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Attention to detail in all aspects for work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong team player
