**Minimum Requirements**:

- **3-5 Years in HR/Training related co-ordination and administration.**
***:

- **Min 2 Years SAP (HR) experience**.**
***:

- **Knowledge of Learning Management software will be advantageous**
***:

- **Matric/N3**
***:

- **Degree/ Honours Degree in HR/Training/Administration**
***:

- **MS Office Advanced, and SAP HR/Training**
***

**Responsibilities Include**:
***
- **Administration and management of all training related systems.**
***:

- **General office administration and training co-ordination.**
***:

- **Liaison with service providers and internal customers.**
***:

- **Management and booking of training venues, accommodation and travel.**
***:

- **Co-ordination/administration of external and internal training courses.**
***:

- **Facilitation and implementation of training initiatives.**
***:

- **Preparation of training reports and presentations.**
***:

- **Accurate record keeping and data capturing.**
***:

- **Addressing student queries and administration.**
***:

- **Assisting with compiling BBBEE, WSP and other legislated training requirements.**
***

- **Be able to work without direct supervision, in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.**

- **Able to function as an individual as well as in a team.**
***:

- **Attention to details, good data analysis and project management skills.**

- **Must be able to work accurately with figures and produce advanced level reports.**
