Senior Professional Officer

**Requirements**:

- BTech or Degree in Auditing, Public Administration
- 5 years relevant Monitoring and Reporting experience as per KPA’s

below
- Experience in Compliance and Stakeholder Management
- Valid Driver’s License

Key Performance Areas

legislative corporate policies and instruments,

standard operating processes and procedures in the

correct manner that would influence or add value

to the business processes of other directorates

in respect of EPWP.
- Providing ongoing project management, support,

report writing and feedback on the outputs/outcomes

of the projects in respect of the number of job

opportunities created and the quality and impact

of outcomes.
- Supervising subordinate staff within the EPWP

Compliance Unit to ensure operational and

administrative efficiencies.
- Contributing to the decision-making process

based on multiple criteria related to internal

and external (AG) reporting and audits.
- Contributing to the designing and supporting the

give effect to the successful implementation of EPWP

compliance and control mechanisms.
- Supporting the Head: Monitoring & Reporting, as well

as engaging with a variety of stakeholders at executive

and senior management levels.
- Ensure and monitor successful implementation of action

plans arising from Audit reports.
- Lead in the operational requirements of all audits on

the EPWP programme.
- Networking and building of sound relationships and

partnerships across the organization.
