Skills Development Facilitator

Mazars has an opportunity available for a focused dynamic individual to join our Human Resources Department, based at any of our regional offices.
**Purpose**:
You will co-ordinate the training and development administrative function nationally. You will also be required to analyse learner data to identify trends and risks and fulfil the requirements of primary Skills Development Facilitator (SDF). You will manage the reporting of learner information to the relevant SETAs and maintain concise and accurate learning records for internal, external, SETA and BBBEE reporting purposes.
To be considered, solid experience in a similar role is an absolute must.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the recording of all training interventions nationally
- Responsible for managing the recording of costing and supporting documentation of all training nationally
- Responsible for managing the recording of all learnerships, internships nationally
- Be the primary SETA Liaison and SDF (end to end function) including managing the internal training committee
- Manage and submit SARS IT180 Submissions for all Learnerships nationally to regional office champions
- Manage SETA Rebates and finance related functions
- Skills development facilitation
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Compile and submit WSP and ATR nationally
- Management of SETA learning programme approval process
- Involvement in BBBEE reports and audits
- Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on project status to management team
- Ensure that all evidence and administration is collected timeously to meet reporting deadlines
- Ensure that Learnership agreements/third party agreements are completed and processed timeously in order to ensure that there is no delay with SETA Learnership reporting
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
- A relevant qualification (preferably in OD ETDP, Human Resources or Business Administration or other relevant qualification)
- Deep understanding of skills development legislation and SETA functionality
- Skills Development Facilitator certificate (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accredited L&D or FET environment
- 2 years’ project management experience (advantageous)
- 2 years’ SDF experience (advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of SETA landscape
- Knowledge of BBBEE landscape, Compliance, and Governance
- Knowledge of Learnerships, Skills Programmes and other training programmes
- Accuracy in data capturing; and administrative functions (record keeping with attention to detail)
