This role involves performing various administrative duties within the Fleet department
To ensure information is accurate and up to date, which contributes to the service offered to the organisation by the Fleet Department
- Administer Fleet Asset procurement/ disposal for Group
- Administer fines portfolio and License database for Group
- Maintain SAP Settlement Orders and SAP PM + AM Master Data
- Perform PA duties for Fleet Manager
- Office Co-ordination
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 4 years experience in general administration
- Experience in Transport environment advantageous
- ERP system/ MS Access experience preferable, SAP advantageous
- Valid Drivers License
- MS Office proficient
