_A vacancy exists within Office Support Department for an Office Administrator who will reside in_
- our Cape Town Office._
- Duties may include the following tasks but not limited to_

**_General Office Administration_**
- _Requesting of quotations nationally_
- _Issuing of the PR’s nationally_
- _Management and reconciliation of the office consumables for CT with co-ordination of the regional consumable recons._
- _Liaising with the relevant suppliers for service delivery or goods required nationally_
- _Co-ordination of the courier requests and mail box services nationally_
- _Providing the detail on the asset count to the Finance department for CT with co-ordinating with the regions._
- _Assistance and Back up for the Fleet nationally_
- _Other_

**_Minimum Requirements_**
- _Grade 12 with office administration or similar experience_
- Computer literate
- Driver’s License.

**Competencies**
- Methodical, systematic and organised.
- Excel and word experience compulsory
