Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Great opportunity to join an established **Renewable Energy** team as a **Compensation & Benefits Specialist**.
This role is based in Cape Town.
**Some focus areas of the role include**:
- Budgeting and reporting (Compensation and Benefits budgets)
- Coordinate compensation and benefits processes
- Design different remuneration schemes
- Lead compensation projects
- Analyse current remuneration schemes and design compensation and benefits policies
- Manage relationship with external compensation consulting company and brokers and insurance providers
- Train line managers in policies
- Assist in onboarding new employees and explain benefit structures
- Stay up to date with the labour requirements and new industry trends and best practices
**Key requirements**:
- Qualification in Human Resources
- Min 3 years' experience in Remuneration, Compensation & Benefits
- Knowledge of job analysis systems and benchmarking
- Experience with labour market surveys
- Knowledge of Labour regulations and tax comliance
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Experience in HRIS and MS Office
