**General Requirements**:
- The employee’s general duties, obligations, and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to the following:
- 1. Report directly to the senior management of the company / group.
- 2. Be responsible for the entire Sales, Administration, operations of the regional office, including that of their appointed outlets / agents.
- 3. Assistance, where necessary to management, involving general daily duties.
- 4. Assisting with all internal administration office, and general duties.
- 5. Managing all telephone enquires with customers.
- 6. Ensuring all sales enquiries are effectively managed, including the management of sales personal and company agents.
- 7. Visiting/calling existing allocated customer base, including finding new customers and markets
- 8. Ensuring the elevated levels of customer service offered by ebmpapst are always maintained.- 10. Where necessary, assisting with accounts dept. to resolve account disputes and ensuring account payments are up to date.
- 11. Ensuring that required sales reports are submitted, timeously.
- 12. While not limited to, ensuring that the company operates to the agreed upon sales plan / targets, including operating with the planed Profit & Loss plan.
- 13. Ensuring that constant communication is maintained with the holding company.
- 14. Take full responsibility of warehouse inventory valuation and all other company assets.
- Furthermore, the employee agrees too:
- To perform all such duties as are generally performed by persons holding your office, and in addition and at all times faithfully, promptly and punctually to carry out all lawful and reasonable orders which may from time to time be given or conveyed to you by representatives of the company.
- In the discharge of his duties and in the exercise of his powers, he shall observe and comply with all the regulations, resolutions and directions which shall be made or given by the representatives of the company.
- Shall at all times uphold the general rule that the client is always placed first and is always correct. Will at all times behave in a courteous, well-mannered fashion and will at no time display an ill-mannered attitude towards either the clients or management.
- Shall inform all third parties of his relationship with the company and shall at no time be entitled to sign any documentation of whatsoever nature on behalf of the company and shall at all times inform such third parties of his lack of authority to bind the company to such contracts and in the event of a quotation being presented to clients for acceptance, same shall be referred to certain elected representatives of the company prior thereto.**Location**:
