Regional Sales Manager

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Min 8 to 10 years experience in a similar position.
- Extensive experience in the management of a large sales force.
- Knowledge of the office product industry an advantage.
- Ability to manage budgets in order to reach financial targets.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with above average Excel skills.
- High level of literacy and numeracy, including the capacity to compile budgets and manage staff activities accordingly.
**The Job**:
Reporting to the Regional Executive:
- Manage and set performance targets for Regional Sales Management and Consultants.
- Devise and implement a regional sales strategy in the office product industry, in line with the overall business strategy.
- Achieve annual sales growth targets and profit margins.
- Maximise publicity, oversee online and offline sales activity and measure effectiveness of promotions and sales material.
- Build strategic business partnerships with key clients and engage with other stakeholders.
- Liaise and negotiate at a senior level with existing and potential key clients.
- Ensure optimal stock management.
- Monitor sales and distribution effects.
- Analysis and interpret sales data.
- Stay abreast of key trends in national and international markets.
- Drive electronic trading.

- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
