Tracker requires the services of a talented and experienced Direct Sales Campaign Manager at their head office based in Johannesburg, to manage, co-ordinate and impact sales directly and indirectly through the Tracker Direct Sales Contact Centre and Outsourced Contact Centre partners, and to achieve profitable sales growth in line with Sales objectives. The role needs to work closely with the Contact Centre partners to develop, implement and ensure ongoing adherence to specific scripts, policies and procedures as well as enhance current processes for continuous improvement methods through optimising strategic stakeholder relations and evaluating collective performance.

**Job description**:
**Relationship and Output Management - Outsourced Contact Centres**
- Develop a relationship with external Contact Centre Partners, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Manage Sales Outsource Contact Centre Partners in line with strategic Sales objectives.
- Drive the achievement of sales and campaign targets - Volumes.
- Continuously monitor and drive sales targets to ensure that the outsource Contact centre partners are achieving these set targets.
- Accountable for ARPU enhancement and churn reduction in channel.
- Attend and represent Tracker at specific meetings to maintain and build the external relationships.
- Communication regarding pricing, process changes, scripts, business instructions for the outsource Contact centre partners.
- Action and pro-actively manage output sourced from various relevant reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) generated by the outsource Contact centre partner team on any sales related interactions with outsource Contact centre partners.
- Ensure effective and professional service delivery in line with the set sales principles to all customers on an ongoing basis through the outsource Contact centre partners.
- Respond to specific requirements such as presentations, product updates and training to ensure outsource contact centre partners are updated on products and latest developments.
- Motivate the outsource Contact Centre partners and ensure that their efforts are recognised.
- Work with the business, pricing and planning teams to ensure that all plans are aligned, and a robust forecasting process is in place.
- Implement an effective outsource call centre partner quality assurance framework in line with expected standards.
- Implement measures to ensure policy & procedures are followed by the outsource call centre partners.
- Implement and improve existing work processes, systems and outputs related to sales.
- Ensure early identification of possible risks related to outsource call centre partner sales processes.
- Liaise with Learning and Development to provide high standards of ongoing training for outsourced call centre partners.
- Jointly responsible for the outsource telesales governance.
- Identify trends impacting key customer processes and experience.
- Manage statistical information to address sales performance.

**Sales Campaigns and Output Management - Direct Sales Contact Centre**
- Assume responsibility for the setting of relevant campaigns against sales targets for the Sales Contact Centres and ensure alignment with Tracker’s overall strategic goals.
- Responsible for setting campaigns through various platforms to sign up new customers.
- Participate in developing and implement business and sales strategies, plans and concepts for the consumer and business sales channels.
- Manage the sales forecasting and support multiple lines of business to connect with our customers.
- Reporting overall Dialler metrics as per stakeholder requirements.
- Meet with leadership teams and technology to present dialler status/project updates.
- Establish all sales campaigns in conjunction with key strategic focus areas within Tracker and provide clear guidance on how these campaigns should be tested and implemented.
- Responsible for the daily monitoring and management of campaign performance
- to maximize campaign performance and sales performance ensuring that daily targets and key metrics are met or exceeded against the briefs.
- Work closely with the Head of Direct Sales and sales managers to create the necessary processes to ensure maximum sales conversion success.
- Ensure that all the campaigns are correctly captured, reported on all internal systems, and measured accordingly.
- Responsible for the maintenance of existing databases and sourcing of first-time customer databases.
- Effective and accurate database management aligned to the Business Intelligence and Direct Marketing key objectives.
