About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Insurance Campaign Lead Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one of our product verticals, including campaign performance and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise data and reporting to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with our internal marketing team to deliver quality lead volumes for clients.
  • Manage multiple clients within your vertical, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct weekly client visits to gather insight into agent environments.
  • Meet business growth targets and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance, specifically in campaign performance and campaign optimisation.
  • Familiarity with lead sources, lead volumes, cost per lead, profit per lead, earnings per lead, gross profit, conversion rates etc.
  • Experience in client relationship management and Call Centre sales.
  • A drivers' license and own vehicle, comfortable with travelling to clients.
