Our workshop in Midrand Johannesburg is looking for an Lady whom will be at our font desk Receptionist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our Car Workshop. MUST have a drivers license. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

**Requirements**:

- Afrikaans and English speaking.
- Knowledge of Pastel Required.
- Must have knowledge of car parts, ordering parts Debtors/ Creditors experience.
- Will be assistant to Branch Manager.
- Min. 5 years’ experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skill.
- Customer service orientation.
- Salary - R7000 per month.
- Working hours - Mon - Fri 07H30 - 17H30 - Sat 08H00 - 13H00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 per month
