Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Advanced Projects and People are currently seeking a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls promptly and professionally
- Accurately direct calls once answered
- Ensure message is taken if receiver of call is unavailable
- Forward accurate message promptly to the correct person
- Welcoming of visitors
- Offer refreshments if required
- Ensure that the reception area and boardrooms are neat, presentable and comfortable
- Ensure that there is reading material (magazines/ newspaper) available at all times
- Basic administration
