Responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to;
- Working with raw data in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel, and then altering this data into a presentable format.
- Updating and managing company databases.
- General administrative work such as filing, and typing.
- Provide administrative support to the managing director of the company.
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders of the company regarding new and ongoing projects.
- Monitoring client enquiries and following up on sales leads, focusing on a short turnaround time.
- Creating presentations for clients

The requirements for this position are;
- A valid matric certificate (All marks over 50%)
- Must be a well organized individual
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) is essential
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
