**Corporate Business Security** is looking for a **Sales Administrator** to play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations while also contributing to new business development. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process Administration**: Efficiently manage day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotes, processing client enquiries, and ensuring sales processes are completed in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely responses that meet customer satisfaction goals.
- **Quotation Management**: Handle incoming quote requests daily, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Coordinate follow-ups and maintain client communication to maximise sales conversions.
- **Sales Support**: Assist with organising client meetings, preparing contracts, and facilitating smooth communications between clients, management, and technical teams.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring all client interactions are documented, and leads are nurtured consistently.
- **Sales Literature & Presentations**: Continuously review and enhance company sales literature, presentations, and advertising materials to support sales efforts and keep the company's image fresh and relevant.
- **New Business Development**: In addition to administrative duties, contribute to identifying new business opportunities, creating leads, and following up on potential clients to drive sales growth.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Proactively engage with existing clients to maintain and enhance long-term relationships. Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services, working closely with the sales team to explore new avenues for business expansion.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Matric (required), tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Sales & Admin Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, with solid administrative capabilities and knowledge of sales operations.
- **Sales Focused Mindset**: A balance between efficient sales administration and a hunter mentality to seek out and pursue sales opportunities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with CRM systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in both administrative and sales-related tasks.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to maintain high standards of service while building lasting relationships.
- **Team Collaboration**: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments, including admin, technical teams, and management.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Solutions-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the sales process.
- **Business Development Focus**: A passion for growing business and contributing to the company’s sales pipeline.
