We are seeking a highly efficient Sales Administrator with outstanding Project Management skills to join our growing sales team. The position is situated in our Durban Head Office.

The incumbent will ensure that the sales department is provided with a full, highly effective Secretarial and Administrative support service. Key focus of the role will be Tender Administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - but not limited to:

- Assist with all admin related duties for the Sales Team
- Handle sales queries internal/external
- Ensuring the distribution of training material to customers.

TENDERS
- Checking portals for related tender requirements
- Compiling tenders A-Z
- Arranging of timeous tender submissions, following up on the awarding of tenders submitted.
- Ensure compliance at all levels.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12
- Project management diploma preferred
- Minimum 2-3 year's experience within a corporate environment in a similar role.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Well presented, high energy, tenacious, attention to detail.
- Must be well organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales admin/support: 3 years (preferred)
- Tender compiling/submission: 3 years (preferred)
- project management: 3 years (preferred)
- secretarial: 3 years (preferred)
