**Job Description
- Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Responsible for management of the end-to-end TA service within the Business Unit (BU) to ensure an effective service is being delivered.
- Partner with stakeholders across the BU to understand their resource needs and establish and maintain trusted relationships with HR Advisor(s), hiring manager(s) and business leader(s) to deliver against the BU Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy.
- Lead a team of Recruitment Analyst(s) within assigned area to deliver a TA service that meets BU resource needs.
- Create and advertise new roles on our recruitment systems, ensuring all relevant information is included in the job description.
- Collaborate with hiring manager(s) to understand the brief of the role and the skills/capabilities required.
- Support the interview process alongside the hiring manager and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods to build their capability.
- Responsible for upskilling and coaching of hiring manager(s) within the BU and work with the TA Optimisation team to share training and guidance on key TA processes and I&D hiring practices.
- Be an expert in the recruitment process and act as an escalation point for the Recruitment Analyst(s) leveraging deep understanding of the external talent marketplace and relevant technical knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- NQF 7 Human Resource Degree/BTech or National Diploma
- Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s licence

**Desirable**:

- Postgraduate or similar will be an added advantage

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role within Human Resources
- Senior/ executive level stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience in market research relating to Talent Sourcing and Talent Attraction
