**So, what will you do?**

You will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials. You will present campaign feedback and performance and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

**In addition to the above, you will**:
**Provide support and execute marketing plans**:

- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Create and present reports on marketing performance of each campaign
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities

**Arrange and plan promotional events and sales activations**:

- Store launches, exhibitions, markets and festivals
- Manage calendar schedules for markets and activations
- Collate reports and present ROI of each event
- Conduct After Action Review (AARs) with key stakeholders

**Perform market and merchant research**:

- Completing competitor analysis, managing and maintaining databases, organising in-field research and immersions with suppliers and presenting findings
- Researching new activation sites and new markets

**Manage branded swag, merchandise and activation kits**:

- Distribute swag to national teams, complete regular stock takes, present weekly updates on stock management while managing orders against an allocated budget

**Manage marketing collateral requests**:

- Distribute collateral based in requests from sales, resellers, partners, field agents, store managers, activation squad and other areas of business
- Manage briefing processes for new requests and reverts on marketing materials

**Manage relationships with various stakeholders and suppliers**:

- Daily communication on progress of tasks, campaigns and projects
- Communicating relevant reverts from stakeholders back into an in-house studio
- Work with external suppliers and key partners

**Media planning and reporting**:

- Manage administrative tasks related to media projects
- Assist with collating various tracking metrics across multi-formatted channels into presentation

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree or Diploma

**Deal breakers**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing
- Knowledge and experience in Events and Marketing Activations.
- Knowledge of and experience in ATL, BTL & Digital media
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- A good command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Previous media planning and reporting experience

**Additional Skills & Knowledge**:

- Knowledge and experience in design and marketing will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in Admin tools such as Trello, MS Planner or similar will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of tech or financial services advantageous
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent numerical skills
