**Descriptions**:
- General administration associated with the position
- Capture sales accounts received from local markets for fruit delivered, and juice factories
- Assist with stock discrepancies between farm and deliveries to the local market
- Capture invoices from suppliers
- Assist management with monthly recons
- Create COS and packing lists for clients
- Setup and Maintaining of all new and current client info on company systems
- Allocate stock according to availability in line with client’s weekly demand/purchase as per Commercial Managers’ instruction and send booking requests to Producer Ally based on client’s response
- Confirm correct data with Commercial Trader with supporting documents
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification relevant to the position (finance, agriculture, business management, logistics)
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Strong time management skills and deadline driven
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Pastel experience will be beneficial
