**Branch Director (JB2414)**
Area: Gauteng - Remote - (Will become on-site once South African Offices have been set up)

**Salary**: R108 000.00 to R144 000.00 a month
Duration: Permanent
- The Company is a provider of products, services, and technology solutions for trading in financial instruments, specialising in the over the counter (OTC) market. The company offer comprises foreign exchange market (Forex) and contract for differences (CFD). The Company offers online trading and operates trading platforms. It also provides market analysis and trading updates in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungry, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain, plus many more.

**Minimum Requirements**:
BCom in Business Administration
Minimum 6 to 10 years as a Branch Director or similar role
Experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets
Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
proactive about networking and have strong communication skills to bring in new clients

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Help set up South African Office
Direct all operational aspects of sales
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and administration
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Prepare financial statements for the Branch
Oversee reports for Budgets and Financial Reports
Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs
