**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Strong typing and secretarial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Typing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Provide support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
