**Role Purpose**

Accurately process retirement fundmember's data and provide fundadministration services withinagreed service levels.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2 years' experience in EmployeeBenefits administration

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Accurately complete member andrisk contribution reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve all non-reconciling items
- Monitor the monthly risk premiumpayments to respective insurers inline with agreed timelines
- Ensure all risk processes areupdated to member records andreconciled weeklyCheck and approve late paymentinterest calculations
- Draft professional and relevantcorrespondence to clients
- Prepare and submit accuratereports on the status of theRetirement Fund administration
- Attend retirement related meetingsto keep abreast of operationswithin the business
- Receive and review claimdocumentation in order to ensurethat they are complete andaccurate
- Follow up with clients onoutstanding information
- Submit beneficiary statements toboard of trustees for approvalwhen necessary
- Process and pay claims as perservice level agreements with clients
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Investigate client queries withinservice level agreements andprovide clients with timeousfeedback
- Resolve and escalate client querieswhen necessary
- Build and maintain relationshipswith clients and internal andexternal stakeholders
- Deliver on service levelagreements made with all clientsand stakeholders in order toensure client expectations aremanaged
- Make recommendations to improveclient service and fair treatment ofclients within area of responsibility
- Participate and contribute to aculture which builds rewardingrelationships, facilitates feedbackand provides exceptional clientservice
- Provide regular reports on deliveryof services against agreed servicelevel agreements and in terms ofoverall customer targets
