3. Non Conformance Control - Maintain, Update & Control of Non Conformances Records used in the Quality Management System - Non Conformance Procedure

4. Calibrations Control - Maintain, Update & Notification of Calibrations’ Records used in the Quality Management System

5. Request, Obtain information from relevant department heads for the Management Representative to prepare the Annual Management Review Meeting - Management Review Procedure

6. Sending Customer Satisfaction Review Template to Customer on Completion of a Project, Obtaining Feedback and passing the information to the relevant person for follow up

7. Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required by top management.

8. Assist Heads of Departments during 3rd party system audits and product certification, liaise with external Auditors during audits.

9. Assist relevant departments/ Heads of Departments with the transition from OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

10. Create, review, update, maintain and control all documented information used within the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

11. Drive the process of risk-based thinking within the organisation.

12. Effectively deliver on the administrative requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

13. Ensure that the integrity of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems are maintained when changes are planned and implemented and that such changes are communicated within the organization.

14. Ensure that the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems conform to the requirements of the respective standards.

15. Ensure that the process flow mapping for the processes are documented and updated as needed.

16. Ensuring that processes needed for the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained by driving the process approach within the organisation.

17. Establishing and continually improving the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

18. Implement and maintain an effective electronic and hard copy filing system for all ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System documented information.

19. Implement SANS 45001:2018 and SANS 9001:2015 to ensure compliance for the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

20. Implement, manage and maintain the document and record control system.

21. Integrate the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

22. Main contact point for developments, improvements and changes to the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

23. Maintain the calibration register and calibration certificates. Flag overdue calibrations.

24. Obtain and maintain ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and product certification.

25. Provide internal training on the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

26. Quality control of weekly and monthly information/ data from various departments.

27. Report on the performance of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 9001:2015Quality Management Systems to top management.
