Ensure the effective delivery (implementation, key account management and achievement) of all allocated project deliverables as per Client SLA objectives by planning, co-ordinating and managing project resources including but not limited to Facilitators, Assessors, allocated support staff and resources

Exercise judgment in making sure that project scope instructions, policies and procedures are being adhered to.

The achievement of effective learning intervention delivery, SLA scoped project objectives and timelines and ETQA compliance adherence within prescribed budgets:

- Implementation planning and delivery thereof.
- Effective resource planning, scheduling andmanagement
- Train, Coach & Mentor sub-ordinates
- Assign and check work
- Adherence to operational and project budgets withinscoped timelines
- Resource implementation of compliance requirements
- PoE processing turn-around times as per implementation schedules
- Supporting administration and reporting

Effective and positive Client Relationship Management
- Consult client requirements for roll-out with the Project Owner and Operations Manager
- Ensure receipt of completed Project Information Sheet and supporting documents which authorize commencement of learning interventions from the Project Owner
- Co-ordinate and achieve Learner recruitment targets as per the project scope document
- Confirm allocated resources, venues and printing requirements and action for delivery as required
- Brief resources on requirements
- Ensure facilitators have all necessary tools/resources in order to deliver training
- Project manage each client as per the rollout and associated milestones
- Ongoing updating of roll-out via communication of changes to the Operations Manager and monthly/quarterly reporting to the client as indicated in the Project Information Sheet
- Action, co-ordinate and implement items on the roll-out - specifically site visits, client visits, facilitation, assessment, internal moderation, feedback & remediation, and any other task required for completion of the roll-out, ensuring compliance achievement.
- Manage allocated facilitators, assessors (with the ETQA Management) to achieve roll-out timelines.
- Manage learners as required by the SLA and the relevant skills development legislation. Manage and implement any other ad hoc requirements detailed in the SLA

Quality Assurance
- Implement appropriate and relevant Operational & ETQA organizational processes/proceduresto achieve effective project compliance and meet SLA deliverables
- Track the implementation in terms of the contracted rollouts and milestones-Ensure quality in the delivery of programmes
- Ensure implementation policies and mechanisms are adhered to

Research
- Upon receipt of feedback - content/ delivery by facilitators, assessors, send it to OperationsManager and ETQA Manager
- On-site research for customisation of delivery
- Provide feedback on activities
- Keep abreast of all legislative changes with regard to training & development and feedback to the Operations Manager and ETQA Manager
- Understand and implement all the changes brought about by the legislative changes pertaining to industry bodies as per the Organizational requirements

Management & Administration
- Submit monthly and bimonthly (Client appropriate) Management Report to the Operations Manager, detailing progress on delivery per site/ client
- Submit weekly activities and ‘to do list’ report
- Manage delivery resources and regional support team.
- Ensure adequate resourcing of materials by means of the schedule-Manage and maintain Client project files (Client Feedback reports, attendance registers and trackers, learner evaluations and facilitator feedback. Ensure assessment and internal moderation reports are filed and saved appropriately per project by the ETQA department.
- Ensure all above are received for each project in your region
- Check facilitator reports for accuracy relating to attendance and associated data, grammar & spelling errors
- Manage the tracking (and feedback by saving to the Client project files) of learner attendance for all contact sessions (class attendance, practical activities, remediation, PoE sign off etc)
- Create for 18.1 learners but ensure the creation and updating of master learner list by theRecruitment department required for the Learner Enrolment and Learner Achievement templates for submission by the ETQA Administrator to the relevant SETA
- Oversee all aspects of project specific document record keeping (filing, focusing on accuracy and implementation of systems)
- Manage and facilitate the administration that is required in the learnership / learning intervention process
- Adhere to quality management system policies and procedures
- Regularly audit the accuracy of data captured
- Regularly communicate and update the management team on information / statistics which will directly highlight areas of improvement or consolidation-Administer the filing and record
