**The Integrated Account Director is responsible for the overall effective and efficient project planning, and strategic alignment, implementation, execution and management of all projects and campaigns. TheIntegrated Account Director will identify, lead and build trusted and loyal client relationships by exceeding clients expectations, offering service excellence and delivering cutting edge strategic best project management practices aligned to the Vision and Values of hyh.**

1. Lead Client Service and Relationship Management

2. Manage the effective and efficient campaign performance and strategic alignment of clients ROI and KPI measurements on allocated project and campaigns.

3. Financial Management, budget control and cashflow update.

4. Budget compliance on specific campaigns and projects and the management of profitable recovery ratios, recons and final approval of cost estimates.

5. Manage the overall health of the client relationship to ensure continued growth, promotion and development of new business opportunities and client satisfaction.

6. New Business Development and identification of innovation opportunities.

**Salary**: R28,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Integrated TTL communication: 5 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
