LifeQ’s Technical Program Manager (TPM) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to form part of their new and growing team. The TPM is responsible for helping to drive and coordinate LifeQ’s technical program of which all projects involving the technical teams fall under. These projects include client-facing device integration, product implementation, and process/cycle optimisation. We are looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and help manage these projects forward under the TPM’s guidance.

LifeQ employs scientists, developers and engineers who work together to solve interesting and complex problems. You will need to be comfortable with managing remote project teams in a fast-paced and agile environment. You will be responsible for the planning and management of established projects and initiatives within the company. You will ensure that projects are completed to specification within an established time frame and scope, and expected to flag any issues to the relevant stakeholders and coordinate efforts to overcome obstacles. You must be comfortable in an ever-changing environment and seek to provide clarity wherever possible.

**What you will do**:

- Plan and manage projects involving cross-functional teams and ensure we meet the project objectives. Manage meetings, share notes and keep track of all action items.
- Work with the TPM to create Statements of Work (SOW) for external clients and help to plan the delivery schedules that meet the project milestones.
- Guide teams to ensure activities are meeting project objectives and ensure we deliver on contractual obligations
- Ensure all stakeholders (internal and external) are kept up-to-date through continuous, clear communication

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to follow a meeting and summarize outcomes for stakeholders
- Strong planning, coordination, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Customer service focus - related to the client-facing device integration projects.
- Self-motivated - works well independently as well as in a team setting under time constraints.
- Objective focused - Good logical and critical thinking, have robust problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management, strong customer service and engagement capabilities, as well as networking skills.
- Keen eye for detail, taking ownerships of tasks and completing them promptly

**Experience**:

- Having experience working in a fast-paced working environment, ideally in a tech startup environment. Advantageous to have experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Advantage if you have a background in Engineering, Physiology, Chemistry, Biology, or similar.
