Office Administrator

**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Handle front desk enquiries and switchboard operation
- Play a key role in supporting the office team and field workers of totaling 50 employees.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes, and sorting and distributing incoming mail and filing.
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing production orders and updating and tracking our safety systems.
- Update spreadsheets used by office and field services
- Scribing on all scheduled meetings
**Skills and experience**
- Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position
- Proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Administrator Qualification.
- Proven ability to problem-solving and have strong organisational skills
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
