Finance/ Administrative Officer

- To raise and issue payments reminders, file and enter notes on the system
- To answer Leaseholders queries with regards to the Head of credit control accounts and enter notes on the system
- To file monthly reports sent by the credit control team to the Directors/ property mangers
- Update the main spread sheet when a report has been sent
- Prepare documents for all accounts being passed to the solicitors
- To check new accounts with the property manager and the accounts team of the progress when the account will become live
- Assist in setting up new members of the credit control team
- Additional duties will be added after training in this department
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric with minimum four years administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good Excel and Word experience.
- Must be able to work confidentially as this role is strictly a confidential role reporting directly to the Head of credit control
